Who We Are
We are not a band with a frontman.
We're a collective. Worship leaders, music directors, and songwriters who each serve our own churches on Sunday, and who spend the rest of the week making music together.
Weddings, events, cafés, full shows. Any day that isn't Sunday, you'll find us playing. In between, we're writing and recording: together and on our own.
The name is the point. Kainos is the Greek word for new: not newer, but new in kind. The kind of new that only happens when something is made over. So we keep the focus where it belongs: on community, on collaboration, and above all on Jesus, rather than on any one name.
